Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods:

   We ensure timely and secure delivery of your orders. However, delivery times may vary during peak seasons.

   - Jeddah: 2-3 business days

   - Riyadh & Dammam: 3-5 business days

   - Other cities in Saudi Arabia: 3-5 business days

   - GCC countries: 7 business days

2. Shipping Rates:

   - A flat shipping fee of 26 SAR applies to orders within Saudi Arabia.

   - A flat shipping fee of 45 SAR applies to orders shipped to GCC countries.

3. Order Processing:

   Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email and SMS with tracking details.

4. Order Cancellations:

   Orders can be canceled prior to dispatch. Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 10–14 business days.

5. International Shipping:

   Currently, we only ship within Saudi Arabia. We are working on expanding our services to include international destinations soon.
