Return & Refund Policy:

1. Return Window:

   You can return items within 4 days of delivery. To initiate a return, submit the return request form within this time frame.


2. Eligibility for Returns:

   To qualify for a return, items must:

   - Be unworn and unwashed

   - Be in their original packaging with all tags attached

  Note: For hygiene reasons, items like Stay Smiling, Stay Wavy, Stay Soft, and Stay Away are non-returnable.


3. Return Process:

   To process a return:

   - Fill out the return form included in your package or available on our website.

   - Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

   - Attach the return label provided and send the package back to us.


4. Refunds:

   Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of receiving the returned item.

   - Exchanges are not available. Kindly place a new order for the desired item after returning the original purchase.

   - Refund methods:

     - “Buy Now” Payments: Credited back to the original account.

     - Electronic Payments (e.g., Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Mada): Refunded to the original card or account.

     - Wallet Payments: Credited back to your wallet and valid for two years.

     - Non-refundable items: Items purchased using discount codes and items on sale.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

   - Report any damaged items within 24 hours of delivery, along with supporting photos or videos. Approved claims will be replaced within 6 business days.

   - For incorrect items, return the product for inspection. Once verified, replacements will be dispatched within 6 business days.


6. Lost Orders:

   If an order is lost before delivery, a replacement will be issued within 6 business days.


7. Responsibility for Communication:

   Ensure that all information provided is accurate, as we cannot be held responsible for misdirected returns caused by incorrect details.
